Cranberry Orange  Relish


This recipe takes a whole whopping one minute! It was adapted from Ocean Sprays cranberry relish recipe but made a whole lot healthier cutting the refined-sugar and upping the fiber. I use a whole orange, yes peel and all because of all the benefits. The peel and pith of an orange contains anti-inflammatory flavonoids hesperidin and naringenin. This recipe is tangy and tart and gives a great compliment to any Thanksgiving Feast.

Ingredients:

1 12oz bag of fresh cranberries

1 orange deseeded

1 tablespoon maple syrup .

Instructions:

Added ingredients to food processor and process till you get a even consistency about 1 minute. Chill for an hour, serve, and enjoy.
