Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Are you craving cookies but don’t want to eat all the crap that’s in them? Try energy bites they take maybe 15 minutes to make. With that I mean dumping the all ingredients in a food processor and roll them into little balls. No baking involved! Fun fact about oats. Oats contain beta-glucans which is a soluble fiber that has been seen to lower cholesterol, improve blood sugar control, and boost the immune system to fight cancer, which have been documented in various studies. Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup ground flax seed 1/2 cups chocolate chips 1 tablespoon of honey 1 teaspoon vanilla . Combined ingredients into food processor, and mix until ingredients are throughly distributed. Roll into balls and enjoy! Tip: If you want the texture to be firmer start with peanut butter that’s in the fridge or set them in the fridge for an hour or so or even overnight and then enjoy.
