Chicken and Veggie Curry Soup

This soup was everything but the kitchen sink, just kidding well kind of, it was I had a home. 😉 Don’t worry, it’s very simple and basic. There are no exact measurements for this recipe but thats the fun part you can add a little bit more of this or that to it and it’s still delicious. Just make sure you put a crap ton of curry powder in it. Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes, sliced 5 Celery stocks, sliced 5 Carrots, sliced 2 handfuls of green beans 1 large potato, diced 2 small onions, diced A crap ton of curry powder A few spoonfuls of Better than Bouillon Pepper to taste

Instructions: Add all ingredients to the instapot and add water making sure the water/liquid covers the ingredients by a couple inches. Cook on poultry setting. Shred chicken before serving. Top with Parmesan and or fresh parsley if you feel like being fancy.
