Citrus 🍊 season is here and I'm loving it! 😜😊😊Currently at my house I have bags of oranges, mandarins, lemons, and grapefruit. 🙈 I went a little crazy! 😜 So I thought I would put them to use in tonight's dinner. This salmon recipe has only 4 ingredients. Perfect no fuss kinda meal.


1 lemon

4 oranges

2 inches of ginger

fillet of salmon

I used the juice of 1 lemon and 4 oranges and mixed it up with 2 inches of sliced ginger, and threw it in a glass baking pan with the salmon facing skin up. I cooked the salmon at 425 for 5 minutes and then coated the salmon with the lemon ginger orange sauce and pulled it out just before it was all the way done. Then I cut up an extra orange, plated it and topped it off with a drizzle of the sauce. Bam dinner was done. I paired this with quinoa with sliced almonds. So I guess 7 ingredients.. 😏but who's counting...
